How does Strata Embassy handle insurance renewals & claims?: We obtain multiple quotes, review coverage, recommend cost-effective policies, and manage claims on behalf of the committee.

Do I need approval to renovate my unit?: Most renovations require approval by the owners corporation. Cosmetic changes may be exempt. We guide you on the correct approval pathway.

Can I have a pet in the building?: This depends on your building’s pet by-laws. Most buildings require written approval before a pet is brought in.
