In most buildings, device requests must be authorised by the property owner or managing agent before being processed. This ensures compliance with building security requirements and tenancy arrangements.
Devices will not be issued without proper authorisation and identification.
In NSW strata schemes, pets are generally permitted, subject to reasonable conditions and compliance with the building’s registered by-laws.
However, residents must submit a pet application for approval before bringing an animal into the building. Conditions may apply to ensure the pet does not cause nuisance, noise or damage to common property.
In company title buildings, pet ownership depends entirely on the company’s constitution and house rules.
Some company title buildings:
Permit pets subject to approval.
Impose strict conditions.
Prohibit certain types of animals.
Written approval must be obtained from the Board of Directors before keeping a pet.

Your lot or unit number and building address,
A clear description of the issue,
Photos (if possible),
Whether the matter is urgent.
Urgent issues (such as active water leaks or electrical hazards) should be reported immediately.
We will assess the matter and act in accordance with the Owners Corporation’s instructions and delegated authority.
Owners and shareholders are responsible for ensuring their contact details are kept current.
If your mailing address, email address, phone number, or managing agent details change, you must notify us promptly to ensure you continue receiving levy notices, meeting notices and important building communications.

Updates will be recorded against the strata roll (strata schemes) or company register (company title buildings).
Failure to keep your details current does not remove your obligation to pay levies or comply with building notices.
