As General Manager of Strata Embassy, Adrian oversees all facets of business performance — including finance, compliance, human resources, and client relations — ensuring a balance between operational efficiency and exceptional service delivery.
Before joining Strata Embassy, Adrian held senior national leadership roles with Meriton Suites, where he oversaw a portfolio generating more than $500 million annually. Earlier in his career, he spent a decade with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, where he refined his expertise in luxury service, brand standards, and leadership development across multiple international markets.
Adrian’s background in revenue optimisation, financial governance, and organisational strategy underpins his ability to drive sustainable growth and implement scalable systems. He is passionate about uniting people, process, and technology to elevate performance, improve transparency, and strengthen client and stakeholder relationships.

Ben Cabello brings over 17 years of dedicated experience in strata management, finance and people leadership. At Strata Embassy, Ben leads with a focus on building high-performing teams, delivering tailored management solutions and nurturing long-term client relationships. He has a strong financial background and a deep understanding of the foundations of strata and company-title management, enabling him to guide boards and owners through complex regulatory, compliance and operational challenges.
Ben’s approach is characterised by flexible, personalised service—he believes that each strata community deserves a partner who understands its unique needs and works proactively to improve performance and satisfaction. His reputation is built on responsiveness, clarity of communication and the ability to elevate standards for both service delivery and property operational health.. Mike Sinclair brings deep technical expertise and hands-on project leadership to Strata Embassy, where he oversees building integrity, maintenance program delivery and capital works execution across the portfolio. As Building & Project Manager, Mike plays a vital role in translating strategic asset plans into operational reality — ensuring that every structural, compliance and lifecycle requirement is understood, scheduled and delivered efficiently.
With a career rooted in building services and project management, Mike is skilled at working with committees, owners, consultants and contractors to navigate the complexities of multi-unit residential and mixed-use developments. He ensures that risk is managed, budgets are adhered to and workmanship meets the high standards the firm is known for. His work aligns directly with Strata Embassy’s mission of “service, caring for people and property”.
Mike’s professional approach is defined by transparency, proactive scheduling and quality assurance. Ryan Dick is a dedicated strata management professional with a strong focus on operational excellence, client satisfaction and regulatory compliance. In his role at Strata Embassy, Ryan is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of strata schemes: handling financial oversight, coordinating service providers, and working closely with committee members to ensure the properties under his care run smoothly and transparently.
