Keys for common areas, security fobs, swipe cards and garage remotes can be requested by completing the form below.
Requests may be submitted by owners, shareholders, tenants or managing agents. Tenants must obtain landlord or managing agent approval before submitting a request.
All requests must be made via this form — we do not process device requests by phone.
Once received, a Strata Manager will review the application and issue an invoice. Device costs are set by the Owners Corporation (strata) or Board of Directors (company title). An administration fee of $19.50 applies in addition to the cost of the device. Express postage, if required, is an additional charge. Devices are ordered or programmed once payment has been received.
Strata Embassy does not issue or hold keys for individual unit entry doors. Tenants should contact their landlord or managing agent. Owners should contact a licensed locksmith.
