By completing the below form, you can request keys, FOBS/swipes or remotes for your building. To do this, you must be either an owner, tenant or managing agent of the unit. Once your application is received, a strata manager will respond with an invoice for the requested device. Please note that these costs are at the discretion of the owner's corporation or directors. An administration fee of $19.50 is charged in addition to the cost of the device. Express postage (if required) is also an additional charge.
Please note that Strata Embassy does not issue keys for the individual unit door.
